Customers who received an Item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the item ordered are entitled to either a full refund or replacement, please contact [email protected] if this has occured before sending the item back.

If you are not happy with your purchase, full priced items or items using discount codes can be returned for a Store Credit as we do not refund for change of mind.  Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item online. Once your return is received processing time can take 3-4 business days*

*please allow extra processing time during high volume periods

Please note any pre-order or order cancellations even before dispatch will result in a store credit. If you order is already in the process of being dispatched we may not be able to cancel it. 



 

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

- Clothing will only be accepted if returned in its original clean condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, free from make-up & fake tan

- Postage must be covered to send the item back to us

- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY.

- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate sets with briefs, makeup or earrings so please choose wisely unless defective.

- All clothing & swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear as returns will not be accepted if removed unless defective. 

- Please return shoes within its box in a postage bag, the box must be received in original condition. 

- It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

- Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.





AUSTRALIAN CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

- Please download this form and include it in your return

- Returns must be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase

- Postage must be covered to return the item/s back to us

- Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via email regarding your store credit & how to use it

- For a full price return (orders not using a discount code or store credit) we will send you a store credit of the item(s) returned plus a standard postage credit $4.95AUD (ie. if your returned dress is $50 AUD, we will provide you with $54.95 AUD credit).

- For returned item/s with a value over $75+AUD you will automatically receive free standard postage on your next order. 

- Orders placed using Afterpay - once we receive your return you will be issued with a store credit for the final price of the item/s. The Afterpay instalments will continue to be captured until the order has been paid in full.

- Stick the label onto your return at home or the post office

- Place your parcel into your local Australia Post Box or take into your local post office



 


INTERNATIONAL CHANGE OF MIND POLICY (COUNTRIES OTHER THAN AUSTRALIA)

- Please download this form and include it in your return.

- Returns must be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase

- Postage must be covered to send the item back to us.

- Once your return is processed, you will be given store credit for the amount that you paid for your item/s

- You can then order your new item/s with your store credit and cover the cost of shipping with paypal/credit card through the website.

If you are located in New Zealand & would like to use our flat rate return feature;
